हैलो दोस्तों आज हम आपको बताएंगे की ठंडी में ज्यादा पेशाब क्यों लगती हैं। दोस्तों अक्सर आपने देखा होगा कि कुछ लोगो को ठंडी में बहुत पेशाब लगती वह लोग बार-बार पेशाब जाया करते हैं, तो चलिए दोस्तों शुरू करते हैं बिना देरी किए दोस्तों हमारे ब्रेन का एक भाग होता है। जिसे हाइपोथैलेमस कहते हैं, दोस्तों यह हाइपोथैलेमस जो होता है यह शरीर में तापमान को बनाए रखता है, अगर हमारे शरीर के अंदर का तापमान ज्यादा है तो यह क्या करेगा है हाइपोथेलेमस तुरंत पसीना निकाल देगा। और अगर तापमान ज्यादा नहीं है तो यह पसीना नहीं निकालेगा। गरमी के के दिनों में क्या होता है, तापमान ज्यादा होता है, तो यह पसीना निकाल देता है कभी आपने सुना है कि ठंडी के दिनों में पसीना निकलता है क्योंकि दोस्तो ऐसा नहीं होता हैं। ठंडी के दिनों में पसीना बहुत कम लोगो को निकालता है वो भी कभी कभी जबकि गरमी में अक्सर लोगों को पसीना निकला करता है।

लेकिन दोस्तो अगर ठंडी के दिनो मे हमारे शरीर का तापमान ज्यादा हों जाता हैं। तो ठंडी के दिनों में तो पसीना निकलता नहीं हैं, फिर भी आप पानी पीते जाते हैं, और पानी को स्टोर करने के लिए हमारे शरीर में कोई जगह ही नहीं है। तब यह पेशाब के रास्ते निकाल देता है। इसीलिए गर्मी के दिनों में पसीना ज्यादा होता है और ठंडी के दिनों में पेशाब ज्यादा होता है। और इसीलिए जिस किसी को पसीना ज्यादा निकलता हैं उसको पेशाब कम लगती है।
